Doug Dickerson
Chief Executive Officer
Doug Dickerson is the CEO at Razberi Technologies. He brings more than 25 years of technology industry experience to the role.
Doug Dickerson has held leadership roles in both start-up and large public companies. Most recently, he served as CEO of Coban Technologies, a video SaaS company offering artificial intelligence-based mobile video systems. Before that, Doug was president of Danaher Tektronix Communications, a network management software and hardware company.
Dickerson holds an MBA, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, from the University of Texas at Austin.
Tom Galvin
Chief Product Officer
Tom Galvin is the founder and CPO at Razberi Technologies. As an industry expert in the development of video management software used for the electronic security and surveillance industry, Galvin has more than 25 years of experience and is the inventor of seven patents, including the Razberi™ ServerSwitch™.
Previously, Galvin served as the executive leader of product management and product development at GVI Security. Prior to GVI, he was the president and founder of NetVideo Consulting where he provided strategic product consulting to manufacturers and software vendors for video surveillance products. Galvin was a product leader responsible for product management and development at General Electric Security and served as vice president of product development at Verint. Galvin started his telecommunications career at MCI Telecom, which is now Verizon, where he was responsible for developing network-based intelligent services. He was also a contributing author for Security Dealer Magazine with a monthly column on network video topics.
Galvin has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University and a MBA from the University of Iowa.
Rich Anderson
Chief Technology Officer
Rich Anderson is the CTO at Razberi Technologies. For more than 20 years, he has held senior management positions in the physical security industry. Currently, Anderson is responsible for all product planning and development for Razberi’s intelligent surveillance appliance product line.
Previously, Anderson served as the owner of Phare Consulting, a national firm founded on helping security companies with acquisitions, branding and messaging, operations, product launches and technical and marketing strategy. Prior to that, Anderson served as the vice president of security product marketing, where he was responsible for the overall security product strategy and security industry marketing for the organization. As the vice president of marketing at General Electric Security Enterprise Group, Anderson represented the Fortune 500 market segment, and began his career in the security industry as the vice president of engineering and then the vice president of marketing for CASI RUSCO, one of the market pioneers in the access control business. Anderson is also a longtime contributing technical editor of Security Technology Executive Magazine.
Anderson has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University.
Jerry Trojan
Chief Financial Officer
Jerry Trojan is the CFO of Razberi Technologies. He has over 25 years of leadership experience in a variety of industries, primarily serving in CFO roles in public and privately held businesses. Prior to joining Razberi in 2019, Jerry served as the CEO and CFO of Syncrolite, LLC, a Dallas, Texas based company that designed, manufactured, rented and sold proprietary large format entertainment lighting systems.
Jerry began his career in public accounting with Deloitte. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and has a MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Stephen Schwartz
Vice President, Development
Stephen Schwartz is the Vice President of Development at Razberi Technologies. He has held senior engineering, product development, and product management positions producing industry firsts and award-winning innovations in high-growth software and hardware companies for over 30 years. Schwartz leads the software design and product development efforts for all Razberi products.
Previously, Schwartz was the CTO of RFID Global Solution, leading the design and development its industry-leading Visi-Trac asset visibility. He led the software design and development of Genesta’s SyVox voice recognition logistics solution for companies like PepsiCo, Sara Lee / Bimbo, and QuikTrip. Schwartz has also served several roles within Intermec as the Director of Product Management, Systems Engineering Manager, and Senior Systems Architect for their RFID hardware and software business unit fielding solutions to hundreds of Fortune 100 companies globally. Schwartz is also a contributor and voting member of ETSI EN 302-208, ANSI X3T6, and others.
Schwartz has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky with graduate studies in engineering from George Mason University and business from Columbia University.
Mig Paredes
Senior Director of Partnerships
Mig Paredes is the Senior Director of Partnerships for Razberi. He has more than 20 years of experience in the security industry with a diverse background in engineering, pre and post sales support, product development and business development. He has provided these functions throughout the Americas regions and Latin America. Mig has worked for industry leaders such as GVISS, ADT and Tyco in various roles. Mig specializes in network video with a knack for making complicated configurations easier to understand for end users, IT professionals and everyone in between. He is a speaker and the author of several articles on the subject of IP security, surveillance and surrounding topics.
Jamie Bradford
Global Director of Sales Engineering
Jamie Bradford is the Global Director of Sales Engineering at Razberi Technologies. For more than 20 years, Jamie has held technical and management positions in IT, Physical Security and Software Manufacturing.
Bradford’s core focus is working with customers to educate, design, and implement support of Razberi solutions. He plays a key role as a liaison between end users and the Razberi Engineering Team for development of market-driven solutions.
Prior to joining Razberi, Jamie was responsible for the System Solutions Team at Panasonic Corp. His team’s focus was centered around system design development, enterprise system integrations and proof of concept implementations. Previous to Panasonic Corp, Jamie held both technical and management positions with IBM Corp and Baylor Health Care System managing Telecommunications, Data Centers, and Network Infrastructure.
In 2008 Jamie was a Laureate recipient of Computer World Honors for his innovation and achievements for development of presence and communication technologies for Emergency Room and Ancillary Support Teams.
