Application quarantined by Cylance

Q: If an application being installed on my Razberi appliance is quarantined by Cylance as an Exploit, Threat, or Script, what do I need to do so I can install the application?

A: It must first be determined if the application or binary being installed or being executed is malicious. You can contact Razberi Technologies Technical Support (469-828-3380) to provide assistance for validating and supporting a request to whitelist the application or binary on your specific appliance.
